Junk Sales

Notes

I just about abandoned my store this month.

In between all the details of moving, I had next to no time to list much. I was busy making trips back and forth from Hoboken to Montclair, filling my car with everything I could.

Instagram suffered too. I even lost a few followers. But that’s expected when you don’t post anything.

It had to be done.

Going forward

I’m still in a funky spot.

I had this grand vision before moving that I could focus more on Instagram and email growth. But after this etended pause, I haven’t felt the sudden urge to jump back into it. Perhaps it’s partly due to everything still unpacked around me. Or perhaps it’s something else.

There is a silver lining alternative. The junk company has officially signed a lease for their warehouse. Which means we’re one step closer to a career change. And it’s hard to imagine juggling a thriving Instagram presence when I’m working all day long flipping second-hand goods.

But there is no sense trying to figure it out before it happens. Let’s just see where the adventure takes us.
