Highlights
Say what?
I don’t know how it happened. I looked up halfway through the month and I already made over $500. Unlike last month, when I scored $300 for a Jem Rama Llama, July was all about consistency.
My girlfriend and I have started to talk about moving in together and it lit a fire under my ass to get rid of some of the death pile. I don’t want to be packing this stuff up just to sell it.
Let’s keep the party going!
Freedom
Mixed in with the consistency of sales, I finally took the time and sold off the PS4 that’s been sitting on my living floor for MONTHS! I was just too lazy to take the 10 minutes it needed to plug it in and make sure it worked without issue. Shocker, it did. Shocker again, it sold fast.
Going forward
We’re still forging ahead with the Junk franchise partnership. I’ve met with Drew a number of times and it looks like it’s coming together. The lease for the warehouse has been signed. Now the lawyers just need to add their two cents. We’re probably looking at Sept-Oct. Sooner than we think!
Meanwhile, I made a proposal for my position - Recycling Coordinator. It was a large ask and I’m still rather nervous about it. But if I’m being honest, it’s my dream job. Enough said.
Let’s hope that’s the big update next month. But while I do that, I’ll continue climbing out my place, emptying my eBay store, and probably hosting a garage sale.
See you on the other side!
